What is Yukon?

Yukon is a MetaTrader 5 product from Daniel Stein (Stein Investments) for XAUUSD. Version 4.1 (published 28 May 2026) is priced at 599 USD on the Market page checked 3 Nov 2026. The listing describes four engines — Grid Classic, Pattern Long, Pattern Short, and Breakout — under a daily market-state filter, with an equity cap on grid baskets, USD-news protection via WebRequest to `https://revden.io`, and weekend-flat positions. A hedging account is required.

These FX EA Tester runs are this EA only on gold. They do not call revden.io, and they do not replay a live engine mix or seller set file. Results are on this page.
  • 4 selectable engines on the listing
  • 0/6 solo tests with a plus average
  • 4.1 current MT5 version

How Yukon trades

Yukon trades XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5. The listing frames four engines under one market-state layer: Grid Classic (equal-step averaging baskets with an equity cap), Pattern Long and Pattern Short (stop-based pattern entries), and Breakout (structure-gated swing breaks). Each day the EA reads trend, transition, range, and volatility and lets engines trade only when the state favours them.

Setup on the Market page: buy on MQL5, allow WebRequest for `https://revden.io` so the USD-news guard can activate, attach to an XAUUSD chart on a hedging account, pick which engines to run, set grid size / equity cap / per-trade risk, and keep the terminal online on a VPS. Weekend flat is part of the design.

These FX EA Tester runs do not call revden.io and do not replay a chosen engine mix. They are a solo gold behaviour check of this EA alone.

Results can differ by which engines you enable, spread, slippage, deposit size, and news-guard settings.

What you can set

The listing names engine toggles (Grid Classic only for a more cautious profile, or all four), grid size per ten thousand, equity cap, and per-trade risk percent. Confirm the live Market inputs after purchase.

On these solo tests, 0.5% risk on $1,000 lost $13.15, 1% risk lost $45.35, and 2% risk lost $51.39. Lower risk was the least-weak average on $1,000 in this set. Hedging is required on the listing.

  • XAUUSD on MT5 hedging account
  • Allow WebRequest for https://revden.io

A good fit if you

  • want an MT5 XAUUSD multi-engine EA that is still listed for purchase
  • can demo first and accept that all six solo averages were minus
  • will re-check the live Market price — this page uses 599 USD from 3 Nov 2026

Not a fit if you need

  • need any solo average to be plus before you try an EA
  • cannot run a hedging MT5 account
  • need the 180-day average to finish plus

Key risks and how to reduce them

What can go wrong

  • All six solo averages were minus.
  • The $1,000 baseline average was −$45.35.
  • The 180-day average was −$105.56.
  • The $300 worst path fell 73.89% and closed at −$220.09.
  • The 2% risk worst path fell 43.72% and closed at −$433.01.

Safer first steps

  • Run it on an XAUUSD demo before any live use.
  • Start with hard-stop engines before enabling Grid Classic.
  • Use a low risk percent and respect the equity cap.
  • Do not size from marketplace performance claims alone.

What to know before you download

  • Confirm MetaTrader 5, a hedging XAUUSD account, and re-check the live Market price — this page uses 599 USD from 3 Nov 2026.
  • Allow WebRequest for https://revden.io if you want the listing’s news guard.
  • Read the six solo tests. All six averages were minus; the $1,000 baseline lost $45.35.
  • Plan a demo first, with Grid Classic off until you understand the drawdown.

How often did paths make money?

51 / 100 best · Yukon gold @ $5000 deposit

Each bar is one test. Height = share of paths that finished in profit — not the same as average $.

Weakest here: Yukon gold @ 180-day window (25/100). A board can clear ~half its paths and still lose money on average.

How the tests work

Gold (XAUUSD) only. Yukon ran alone: no other EA in the test. Each run used 100 paths. The baseline is $1,000, 90 days, 1% risk, lot 0.01. The other runs change one thing: 0.5% risk, 2% risk, a $300 deposit, a $5,000 deposit, or a 180-day window. These paths do not call revden.io and do not replay a live engine mix.

  • Symbol: XAUUSD
  • Paths per test: 100
  • Typical window: 90 days · deposit 1000 · lot 0.01 · risk 1%
  • Market mix: random (uptrend, downtrend, range, chop, and shock paths)
  • Engine: Hosted FX EA Tester (this EA alone)
  • Coverage: 6 tests · 100 paths each

There is no rank and no wins score, because nothing else was in the test.

Average profit is the mean dollar result. Paths in profit is how many of the 100 paths finished up. Drawdown is the usual dip and the worst path.

  • You can accept that all of these averages were minus

Reasons to be careful

  • You cannot run a hedging MT5 account

Our take

Yukon is an MT5 gold EA for XAUUSD from Daniel Stein. The Market check on 3 Nov 2026 showed 599 USD for version 4.1. The listing combines four selectable engines with a market-state filter, hedging-account grid baskets, news protection, and weekend flat.

In six solo gold tests — this EA only — every average was minus. The $1,000 baseline lost $45.35. The least-weak average was −$11.42 on $5,000 (about −0.23%). The 180-day window lost $105.56. On $300 the worst path fell about 74%.

Our take: Cautious — weaker results in these tests. No board finished plus on average, and deep drawdowns showed up on small accounts and higher risk. Demo it first, and treat grid engines as a real risk switch — not a free upgrade.
