Gold Beaver Download — 13-Preset MT5 Gold EA
Gold Beaver is a MetaTrader 5 gold EA for XAUUSD. It ships with 13 presets, a default called Combo Safe, and a listing claim of no martingale, no grid, and a stop loss on every trade. In 14 independent gold tests it finished with a plus average on 10 boards and a minus average on 4, and it never finished first.
What is Gold Beaver?
It is built for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5. You can attach it on any chart timeframe. Signals are checked on M15 candle closes, so it is not a high-frequency robot. The listing says no martingale, no grid, and no averaging, and that every position gets a stop loss when it opens.
There are 13 presets, tagged CONS, BAL, or AGG. The default is Combo Safe. GOLD ALL runs every strategy at once. Extra tools include Strategy Rank (compare presets on your broker), an equity view, smoothing to cut stacked trades, and a Prop Firm Guard that is off unless you turn it on.
To see how it held up next to other gold EAs, we ran it through 14 FX EA Tester gold tests with the same rules for every EA — the results are on this page.
- 13 presets, plus GOLD ALL
- No grid per the listing
- M15 signal check on candle close
- 10/14 gold boards with a plus average
How Gold Beaver trades
The listing says each new position gets a stop loss right away. There is no martingale, no grid, and no averaging in the product description. Smoothing (Default, Smooth, De-Overlap, or Max) uses the same signals with less stacked exposure.
Strategy Rank compares presets on your broker over 7, 14, or 30 days. Prop Firm Guard can close trades if a daily loss % or a max loss % is hit. It is off until you set those numbers.
What you can set
You can switch preset, use a fixed lot or a lot that scales with balance, and set a max spread filter. Turn Prop Firm Guard on only if you want a daily loss limit and an overall loss limit.
Only gold is in scope on the listing. These boards test XAUUSD only.

Requirements
- MetaTrader 5
- XAUUSD
- A balance that fits the panel’s suggested lot (0.01 on a small account is higher risk per trade)
- A stable connection — the listing says no low-latency VPS is required
- If you want a daily loss cap, turn Prop Firm Guard on yourself
A good fit if you
- want a gold EA with several presets instead of one set file
- like a clear no-grid, no-martingale claim and a stop on every trade
- may want an optional daily loss limit for a prop-style account
- want an independent gold check before paying about $350
Not a fit if you need
- an EA that led these gold boards — it never finished first
- an EA with a plus average on every board — 4 of 14 were negative
- MT4 — this product is MT5 only
- live comments or the seller’s signal treated as proof on this page
Key risks and how to reduce them
What can go wrong
- A no-grid claim does not remove losing streaks. Worst paths still fell about 19–26% on $1000 tests.
- GOLD ALL and AGG presets can stack more trades than Combo Safe.
- On a small balance, 0.01 lots is a large risk per trade. The $300 test’s worst path fell 41.07%.
- The $350 price is a limited promo toward $450 — check the live figure.
Safer first steps
- Demo on your broker for several weeks.
- Start on Combo Safe, not GOLD ALL.
- Use the suggested lot for your balance.
- Turn on Prop Firm Guard if you need a daily loss limit.
What to know before you download
- Confirm MT5 and the live price ($350 promo on 9 Oct 2026, list $450).
- Start on Combo Safe and match the lot to your balance.
- Know the model: 13 presets, no grid or martingale per the listing.
- Gold tests were mixed — read them before you buy.

- Stronger averages on the hybrid field (+$16.58), at 0.5% risk (+$15.96), and on $5000 (+$62.39, about +1.2%)

One more catch: wins ≠ profit
On the Gold Beaver vs gold trend peers test it finished first most often — and still lost money on average.

How the tests work
Gold (XAUUSD) boards only. Gold Beaver ran with nine other EAs per board, on the same deposit, lot and risk settings and the same 100 paths over 90 days (180 days on the longer-window board). Across the 14 tests it met 71 other gold EAs.
Conditions covered: mixed popular, MT4, MT5, scalper, trend, AI, hybrid and grid fields, plus 0.5% and 2% risk, $300 and $5000 accounts, and a 180-day window.
- Symbol: XAUUSD
- Paths per test: 100
- Typical window: 90 days · deposit 1000 · lot 0.01 · risk 1%
- Market mix: random (uptrend, downtrend, range, chop, and shock paths)
- Engine: Hosted FX EA Tester (same rules for every EA in a test)
- Coverage: 14 tests · 71 other EAs · 100 paths each

Our take
In these 90-day gold tests the picture was mixed: a plus average on 10 boards, a minus average on the mixed, MT4, trend, and scalper-field boards, and no first-place finish on wins or on average. The stronger $1000 results were still modest, led by +$16.58 on the hybrid field.
Our take: Mixed — results vary by market path. The preset tools are clear; the gold tests do not show a leader. Demo Combo Safe first if you still want the setup, and compare the EAs below. Downloads stay on MetaTrader Market.

FAQ
Where do I download Gold Beaver?
The Download link on this page goes to the official MetaTrader 5 product. There is no MT4 edition. Demo first before any live use.
Is this the same as Bober Hober or Bober Lannister?
No. Bober Hober and Bober Lannister MT5 are different products. This page covers only Gold Beaver (product 177869).
How much does it cost?
On 9 Oct 2026 the Market price was $350 instead of $450, with 6 copies left at $350. Check the download page before you pay.
Does it use a grid or martingale?
The listing says no martingale, no grid, and no averaging, and that every position gets a stop loss when it opens. Confirm that on your own demo.
Which preset should I start with?
Combo Safe is the default. The listing suggests HiWR-V3 or Combo Safe with Prop Firm Guard if you trade a prop-style account. GOLD ALL runs every strategy at once, so it is not the starter preset.
What does it need to run?
MetaTrader 5 and XAUUSD. Signals are checked on M15 candle closes. The listing says a low-latency VPS is not required. Match the lot to your balance.
How did it do in the gold tests?
Mixed. It averaged a profit on 10 of 14 boards and a loss on 4. It never finished first on wins and never had the best average.
Where did it look stronger?
On the hybrid field the average was +$16.58. At 0.5% risk it was +$15.96. On a $5000 account it was +$62.39, about +1.2%.
How deep was the drawdown?
Average max drawdown stayed between about 8.2% and 11.6%. Worst paths reached about 19–26% on $1000 boards, 41.07% on $300 and 17.83% on $5000.
Is it worth $350?
The preset menu and the no-grid claim are clear, but these gold boards were a small plus or a small minus, never a first-place finish. Compare Scalping Robot Pro and The Gold Reaper, and demo Combo Safe first if you still like the setup.
Did it face 100 gold EAs at once?
No. 14 gold boards, 71 unique other EAs, 10 per board.
Are these live trading results?
No. These are FX EA Tester gold boards, not live trading results. Marketplace comments and the seller’s signal are not checked here.
What to do next
1) Note the main finding: a plus average on 10 of 14 boards, a minus on 4, and no first-place finish.
2) Compare Scalping Robot Pro MT5 and The Gold Reaper MT5 below.
3) ZIP downloads are optional rank files.
4) If you still try it, demo Combo Safe with a lot that fits your balance.
