MT5 gold breakout EA · independent tests
Gold Sniper Ravex Algo Download — MT5 Gold Breakout EA
Gold Sniper Ravex Algo is a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor for gold (XAUUSD): session high/low breakout entries, four lot modes, and stop/trailing controls (martingale off by default). Independent 90-day XAUUSD tests against other gold EAs across different market conditions were plus on average in 0 of 14 boards, and it came last on wins on six of them.
What is Gold Sniper Ravex Algo?
The listing recommends M1 or M5, about $350 minimum, and 1:500 or higher leverage. Demo carefully before you raise size.
Independent FX EA Tester gold boards on this page used the same money rules across different market conditions — results are below.
- MT5 platform
- Breakout session high/low
- $50 list price (24 Sep 2026)
- 0/14 gold boards with plus average
How Gold Sniper Ravex Algo trades
You can pick one of four lot modes: percent of balance, fixed lot, fixed lot with dollar-based TP/SL/trailing, or percent lot with dollar-based TP/SL. Trailing starts only after a defined profit threshold. A margin check blocks new trades when free margin is too low. Martingale can be turned on, but the product ships with it off. Default trade pace is one trade per day.
What you can customize
Start with martingale off and a small fixed lot or low risk percent on demo. Change one setting at a time so you can see what hurt the account.
Starting setup
- Attach on XAUUSD (product focus)
- Start on M1 or M5 on demo

A good fit if you
- want a lower-priced MT5 gold breakout EA to demo
- prefer session high/low breakouts with clear lot modes
- can keep martingale off and lots small at first
- accept that 0 of 14 gold boards here had a plus average
- will stay on demo until you understand drawdown on your broker
Not a fit if you need
- proof session breakouts produced a plus average on these gold boards
- a board leader — it was last on wins on 6 of 14 boards here
- a positive average across many gold boards in this set
- a martingale recovery story — the product can enable it, but defaults leave it off
- a live Myfxbook / broker statement copied here as proof
Key risks and how to reduce them
What can go wrong
- Breakouts can fail in chop; trailing does not remove large losses.
- Wrong lot mode or risk percent can still hurt the account.
- Enabling martingale raises blow-up risk quickly.
- A paid download does not prove gold averages — all 14 boards here were red on average.
- Market conditions and broker paths change; demo first.
Safer first steps
- Demo on the same broker path and VPS you plan to use later.
- Start with martingale off and a small lot on XAUUSD.
- Do not raise size after a loss.
- Set your own hard account-loss limit before any live use.
- Read the gold boards below before you treat a low list price as a reason to buy.
What to know before you download
- Confirm you need MT5 and use the Gold Sniper Ravex Algo download.
- List price was $50 on 24 Sep 2026 — check the live figure (listing also mentions a $65 promo line).
- Know the model: session high/low breakouts, four lot modes, M1/M5.
- Independent gold tests were positive on average in 0 of 14 boards.
- Demo first; automated trading can lose capital.
Independent gold tests
- Coverage: 14 tests · 74 other gold EAs · 100 paths each · 90 days (one 180-day board)
- Headline result: plus average in 0 of 14 tests (mildest −$17.68 vs the scalper group)
- Last on wins on 6 boards; lowest average on the board on 8
- Best finishes were #5 (scalper group and 0.5% risk) — both still negative
- Usual drawdown about 9.3–17.1%; worst paths about 25–37% on $1000
Did it make money on average?
No — it lost money on average in every test
We ran 14 separate gold tests (different peer mixes and account settings). Each line below is one test’s average dollar result — not wins.
One more catch: wins ≠ profit
On the Gold Sniper Ravex Algo gold @ 0.5% risk test it finished first most often — and still lost money on average.

How the tests work
Only gold (XAUUSD) boards. Gold Sniper Ravex Algo plus nine others, same money settings, 100 paths, 90-day window (180 days on the longer-window board).
Fourteen gold conditions. Trend peers did not get a softer path set than scalpers or grid EAs.
- Symbol: XAUUSD
- Paths per test: 100
- Typical window: 90 days · deposit 5000 · lot 0.01 · risk 1%
- Market mix: random (uptrend, downtrend, range, chop, and shock paths)
- Engine: Hosted FX EA Tester (same rules for every EA in a test)
- Coverage: 14 tests · 74 other EAs · 100 paths each
For this EA, wins and average both pointed the same way — low. Use average profit and paths in profit together; on most boards fewer than half the paths ended in profit.
Average DD vs worst DD is the risk split. Path-type notes are FX EA Tester regime labels.

- You care about average profit, not only first-place finishes
- You accept gold risk and will try a demo before using real money
Reasons to be careful

- A low list price is enough for you to buy
- You only trust live Myfxbook / broker results
Our take
It may fit better if you only want a lower-priced MT5 breakout EA to demo, and you already accept that every board here lost money on average. It may fit less well if you need positive averages across many boards.
Our take: Cautious — weaker results in these tests. Downloads stay on MetaTrader Market.
Every EA in a test uses the same FX EA Tester rules. We show results even when this EA is not first. These are research tests — not live trading. Read the risk disclosure.

FAQ
Is Gold Sniper Ravex Algo only for gold?
The product is designed for XAUUSD. These independent tests are XAUUSD only.
What does the session breakout setup mean?
The listing describes trade setups from session high and low breakout logic, with four lot modes and optional trailing. Martingale is available but disabled by default. That is product design, not a live profit claim.
Did the breakout story show up in the gold tests?
In these 90-day gold tests, no. It lost money on average in all 14 boards, came last on wins on 6, and had the lowest average on the board on 8. Its best finishes were #5.
Is Gold Sniper Ravex Algo worth a ~$50 demo?
A careful demo can still make sense if you already planned to try this breakout EA and you accept weak average results in these tests. Be more careful if you need a positive average across many boards.
Which gold EAs looked better in tests?
On Gold Sniper’s boards, Scalping Robot Pro led the mixed, MT4 and MT5 boards (up to +$96.35), TwisterPro Scalper led the scalper group and the $300 board, and Gold Zilla AI led the 2% risk and 180-day boards. Adaptive Gold Scalper MT5 and TwisterPro have full research pages.
When was it profitable on average?
On none of these 14 boards. The mildest average was −$17.68 against the scalper group. Paths in profit were 22–48 of 100, so most paths lost money.
What drawdown did it show?
Average max drawdown was about 9.3–17.1%. The worst path on a $1000 board fell about 25–37%, and 39.86% on the $300 board.
Did it face 100 gold EAs at once?
14 gold boards, 74 unique other EAs, 10 per board. Not 100 at once.
Do you have live results here?
No. These are FX EA Tester gold boards only — not live trading results.
What to do next
1) Weigh 0/14 plus averages and the six last-place finishes.
2) If you still want a breakout EA, compare The Gold Reaper MT5 or Adaptive Gold Scalper MT5 below.
3) ZIP downloads are optional rank files.
4) Demo from the download only after that risk read.
