What is Gold Trend EA Pro?

Gold Trend EA Pro is by Sahib Ul Ahsan. It is an automated MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor built mainly for gold (XAUUSD). The product describes a rule-based mix of Smart Money Concepts (SMC), trend analysis, market structure, and configurable risk.

Inputs can turn many filters on or off. The author recommends an ECN or low-spread account and a VPS. Demo carefully before you raise size.

How Gold Trend EA Pro trades

The product is framed for XAUUSD first (the listing also names BTCUSD and ETHUSD). Before it opens a trade, it can check several structure and trend pieces — for example liquidity sweeps, market structure, order blocks, fair value gaps (FVG), EMA trend confirmation, a higher-timeframe trend filter, and volatility / market-condition filters.

A spread filter can block entries when costs look abnormal, including around news. A news filter can pause trading around news windows. A dashboard shows account and trade status on the chart.

Primary timeframes on the listing are M1 and M15; M1 is recommended. For gold, trailing is described as point-based.

What you can customize

Most trading components can be enabled, disabled, or adjusted in the inputs. Risk and lot settings matter more than turning every filter on at once.

Change one setting at a time on demo so you can see what hurt the account. Keep risk small until you understand drawdown on your broker path.

The product is developed mainly for XAUUSD. The listing also names BTCUSD and ETHUSD. These independent tests are XAUUSD only.

What does the SMC / structure setup mean?

The listing describes toggleable pieces such as liquidity sweeps, market structure, order blocks, fair value gaps, EMA trend confirmation, higher-timeframe trend, and volatility filters — plus spread and news filters. That is product design, not a live profit claim.

Did the SMC / trend story show up in the gold tests?

Only a little. It averaged plus in 12 of 14 boards over 90 days, but mostly by +$3 to +$17 on $1000, and it never led wins on a board. Its best board was the 0.5% risk board (#2 on wins, +$29.53).
